Requirements and conditions

To proceed with the analysis you must accept the following conditions:

The sample has been reviewed and diagnosed as medulloblastoma by a pathologist.* EpiGe-App is not designed as a diagnostic tool.

The sample has more than 70% viable tumor cell content.*

Only one sample was analysed in each qPCR experiment.*

The sample has been analysed in one of the following real-time qPCR Instruments: Applied Biosystems 7500, QS1, QS3, QS5 or QS6.*

The following names have been assigned to the SNP primers: cg18849583, cg01268345, cg10333416, cg12925355, cg25542041 and cg02227036.*

Confirmation: I accept the terms of use, the privacy policy and I confirm that: “The epigenetic classifier EpiWNT-SHH has been designed for the classification of pediatric medulloblastoma tumors into the consensus medulloblastoma subgroups WNT, SHH and non-WNT/non-SHH (Ramaswamy et al. Acta Neuropathol 2016; Louis DN et al. Neuro Oncol 2021). It has not been developed and validated for diagnosis purposes”.*

The analysis will be perfomed according to the queue of samples. The waiting time if the queue is empty is approximately 1 minute.
